The boys flew out yesterday for our annual summer vacation: A month on the lake with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. (They get to go a week before us, and Mike and I get to wonder why our house is so quiet!) I have gone every summer since I was 12. Our boys have not missed a year. It is so relaxing and so fun. It is like being at our own family camp. The kids fish (a lot!), water ski, knee board, sail, jet ski, and ride horses. They jump on the floating trampoline and sunbathe on the floating dock. They stay up late to roast marshmellows and watch movies. We drive into "town" for homemade donuts and ice cream. We look forward to this all year! Summer Fun
